SRS® and Soft Rolling Skin are registered trademarks of the SRS® Company Pty Ltd and cannot be used under any circumstances without permission from the company.
Subscribers are permitted to:
- identify themselves as a subscriber to the SRS® Breeding Service
- state that they are using the SRS® Breeding System
SRS® is a breeding system and cannot be used to describe a specific animal.
No alpacas can be identified or described as SRS® Alpacas. In the future, The SRS®
Company Pty. Ltd. will assign the SRS® Trade Mark to individual animals that have
achieved levels of density, length and uniformity of fleece fibres to meet the standard for
SRS® certification.
A corporate identity manual is currently being prepared that will provide instruction for the proper use of the logos and trade marks.
